Description

The evocative nose mirrored the smell of exotic blends of pipe tobacco. Among friends, we were about to tuck into apple and raisin strudel after Sunday dinner, drinking apfel schnapps to cleanse the palate. The reduced nose offered hints of vanilla, shoe polish and a pina colada inspired alcopop at a family BBQ. Memories flooded in of warm summer holidays on the beach, before we retired to the country pub and enjoyed pork scratchings over a well crafted pint of bitter.
